There’s probably one obsession I shouldn’t indulge in, and that’s my current penchant for white & cream dresses. You see, I’m not the most careful person when out and about, and inevitably end up spilling something on me. However, this hasn’t deterred me from buying one (or maybe more!) white dresses this season. Just like the LBD, the little white dress (LWD) is one of the most versatile pieces a girl can have in her wardrobe – especially her summer one. I’d suggest investing in a classic style that will see you through a few seasons, especially if you splurge on it. Or maybe consider buying one which can be dressed up or down and that you can accessorise in different ways. Below are just a few of my favourites around at the moment.
Mini shift sequin & lace dress, £65 from ASOS
Lemine dress, £189 from Reiss
Mango halterneck dress, £39.99 from John Lewis

Oasis Grecian pleat midi dress, £100 from ASOS
Lace swing dress, £32 from ASOS

Domestic Princess tips
- Never eat spaghetti bolognaise when wearing a white dress, and if you do, don a bib!
- Only drink clear drinks when out in a white dress and avoid those drinking red wine or diet coke like the plague!
- Invest in a whitening agent and stain remover for your laundry cupboard.
Which one(s!) do you think I’ve bought/have in my basket? And are there any there that take your fancy?
With much love
